Adding an initial example Helm chart for Control M Agent.
This is similar to kubernetes-statefulset-agent-using-pvc, but packaged and deployed as a chart using a values.yaml.

Outdated PR, closing due to upcoming containerized agent making this irrelevant.

Hi @nathanw9722, there's a follow up example project for deploying using a Helm Operator - https://github.com/itroyano/controlm-agent-helm-operator
